Inspired by the metaphor of corn kernels turning into popcorn, the project combines animated graphics, hand-drawn illustrations and data visualizations to explain complex urban planning challenges in an engaging way.

Charts on household size, building types and land use are embedded within a light visual narrative. Motion and metaphor work together to make the issue of spatial inefficiency feel tangible and accessible to a wide audience.
